  1. Introduction
    By accessing or using https://ecomsetu.com/, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These

    Terms govern merchants, end customers, partners, and all platform users.

  2. Definitions
    Merchant: A brand or business using Ecomsetu’s Services.
    End Customer: Customer purchasing from merchants using Ecomsetu-powered stores.
    Services: Website development, digital operations, warehousing, logistics coordination, and
    dashboards.

    Platform: All digital properties owned by Ecomsetu.

  3. Scope of Services
    Includes website development, ads management, analytics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and

    logistics coordination through 3PL partners.

  4. Pricing & Payment Terms
    3% of delivered value; 25 per product handling; logistics as per courier slabs. Payments due

    within 7 working days.

  5. Merchant Responsibilities
    Merchants must provide accurate data, comply with Indian laws, maintain updated information, and

    avoid selling restricted goods.

  6. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
    Ecomsetu processes orders; courier partners handle deliveries. Liability for lost/damaged

    shipments lies with the logistics partner.

  7. Usage Rules
    Users shall not misuse the platform, reverse engineer systems, upload malicious files, or bypass

    payments.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All trademarks, dashboards, content, and code belong to Ecomsetu.

  9. Data Privacy

    Ecomsetu collects and processes data per its Privacy Policy. Users must safeguard credentials.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    Ecomsetu is not liable for 3PL errors, system downtime, force majeure, or merchant-caused issues.

    Liability capped at last 30 days’ fees.

  11. Termination

    Ecomsetu may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, or violations.

  12. Governing Law

    Terms governed by laws of India; disputes under Karnataka jurisdiction.

  13. Modifications

    Ecomsetu may update Terms anytime. Continued usage = acceptance.
