Yes, under the standard EcomSetu engagement, routine website setup, handling and essential maintenance are included without a separate monthly website-management fee. Major redesigns, custom development, premium plugins, advanced integrations or work outside the agreed scope may be priced separately.
EcomSetu does not follow a traditional fixed monthly agency-retainer model for the standard engagement. Charges are primarily linked to the agreed services, successfully delivered website orders and fulfilment activity.
No. EcomSetu does not deduct a percentage from your Meta, Google or other agreed advertising spend. Your advertising budget remains allocated to the campaigns themselves.
Campaign planning and management can be included within the agreed EcomSetu service scope. The exact platforms, deliverables, content requirements and campaign responsibilities are confirmed during onboarding.
The 3% growth fee applies to eligible website orders that are successfully delivered to customers. GST is added as required by applicable tax rules.
The standard pricing applies to eligible orders generated through the agreed EcomSetu-managed website. Marketplace, offline, wholesale or other sales channels should be defined separately in the commercial agreement.

Standard storage may be offered at ₹0 for eligible inventory within the agreed capacity and account terms. Oversized products, high-volume storage, special conditions or inventory exceeding the approved limit may require separate pricing.
No. Courier and shipping charges are normally billed separately according to destination, weight, dimensions, service level and logistics partner rates.
There should be no undisclosed charges. All EcomSetu fees and major third-party costs should be listed in the proposal or agreement before work begins.
